2. Print-on-Demand Business Model Nightcore operates as a Print-on-Demand (POD) business. This means that all products are custom-printed specifically for you only after an order is placed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that production and dispatch times may vary and that returns/exchanges are subject to our specific Refund Policy regarding custom-made items.

 

3. Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

4. Products and Pricing Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or service at any time. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, because our items are custom-printed, slight variations in color or graphic placement may occur between the digital mockup and the final physical product.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, we reserve the right to verify the order via phone or OTP before processing. We may restrict COD availability for accounts with a history of refusing deliveries (Return to Origin/RTO).

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including a valid phone number and delivery pin code.

6. Intellectual Property All original graphics, logos, designs, and content featured on this website are the intellectual property of Nightcore or our licensed creators. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or our product designs without express written permission from us.
