Refund policy
At Nightcore, every single product is custom-printed just for you ("Print-on-Demand") as soon as you place your order. Because our items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our sizing chart carefully before placing your order.
1. Defective or Damaged Products We stand behind the quality of our streetwear. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or features a clear manufacturing/printing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a defect:

You must contact us at support@nightcore.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

You must provide clear photographs of the defective item, the specific issue, and the original packaging.
2. Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong design, wrong color, or wrong size than what you originally ordered, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic proof. We will dispatch the correct item immediately.
3. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin) If an order is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer rejects a Cash on Delivery (COD) package at the doorstep, the order will be cancelled.

If the order was pre-paid, a refund will be issued minus the forward and reverse shipping charges incurred by us.
4. Refund Processing (If Applicable) If your refund for a defective item is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our support team will reach out to collect your UPI ID or Bank Details to process the direct refund transfer.
