1. Order Processing Time Since our products are Print-on-Demand, every item is custom-printed specifically for you once your order is confirmed.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and printed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Peak Periods: During sales or high-volume festive periods, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 days.
2. Shipping Timeline Once your order has been printed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

Remote/Special Regions: 7 to 10 business days. (Note: These are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.)
3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards/Net Banking): We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat handling fee of ₹50 is applied to all COD orders to cover additional courier processing costs.

4. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and a secure link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update once received.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery Our courier partners typically make 2 to 3 delivery attempts.

If you are unavailable, please coordinate directly with the courier representative when they call.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed attempts, the order will be cancelled. Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are 100% accurate at checkout.
6. Damages & Issues We take great care in printing and packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us at support@nightcore.co.in within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the defective product and the original packaging so we can arrange a fast replacement for you.
